Stop retyping orders
at six in the morning
Orders, packing, delivery, invoices, margins and traceability in one system, whether your customers use it themselves or just keep phoning.
Built in a working butcher's shop. Every order, from a phone call to a WhatsApp, lands in one inbox and is ready to pack, deliver and invoice. Your customers do not have to change a thing.
Run the whole business
from the office
Everything starts in your admin dashboard. Your customers do not need to log in to anything: orders they phone, text or email go straight in, and the portal is there for the ones who want it. These are the real product with demo data, so click around.
What your office sees
- The order inbox and draft orders
- Products, price lists and customers
- Invoices that go out on your terms
What your packers see
- The day's orders, ready to pack
- Real weights entered as they pack
- Packed status shows back in the office
What customers see, if they use it
- Your catalogue and their own prices
- Favourites and one-tap reorder
- Order by text, voice or tick-list
Your customers don't change how they order.
You stop retyping it.
Chefs send a WhatsApp at eleven at night, forward last week's list, or leave a voice note on the way to the market. Every other system tells them to learn an app. This one takes the order the way it turns up.
They message the number like they always have. It lands in your order inbox, matched to their account.
Typed, forwarded or pasted from a spreadsheet. Matched to the customer by the address it came from.
Voice note
You get the audio and a written draft alongside it, so you check a list rather than write one.
Typed or pasted
"12 ribeye 10oz, 5kg mince, 2 boxes wings." Written how a chef writes it, read into proper lines.
The online catalogue
For the ones who like ordering online: your range, their prices, their favourites and a reorder button.
Over the phone
Some will always ring. Take it as you always did and put it straight in, same screen, same paperwork.
Everything lands in one inbox. One click turns it into a draft order, priced on that customer's own price list, for you to check and confirm. Nothing retyped, nothing lost in a message thread.
From the block to the door,
rounds, drivers and live tracking
The order does not stop at the packing bench. The same system plans your rounds, sends each driver their run, proves the drop and tells the customer where their delivery is.
Rounds and routes
- Orders grouped by driver and route for loading
- Delivery zones: postcode areas fill in the route automatically
- Each customer's delivery window, with stops ordered around it
- Estimated arrival per stop, and a warning if one will miss its window
Driver link, no app
- One link per driver to open on their phone, no login
- Google Maps and Waze buttons on every stop
- Delivered with the name of who received it, a signature and an optional photo
- Or couldn't deliver, with a reason
Live map for the office
- See where each driver is now and how many drops are done
- The next stop, and any stops at risk of running late
- Proof of delivery on the order, with photo and signature
Tracking for your customers
- A tracking link for every order: being prepared, out for delivery, delivered
- "Two drops before yours" and a live arrival estimate
- Other customers' names and addresses are never shown
- Optional "on its way" email when the run goes out
A delivery report
- First-time delivery rate and how many arrived inside the window
- A breakdown per driver
- Failed drops and the reasons, and which customers keep missing
Watch a delivery being tracked Try the driver's page
Live positions come from the driver's phone while their run page is open, so tracking pauses if they are in the satnav app or the phone is locked, and catches up when they mark the next drop.
Each, by the kilo, or by the box,
on the same product
The same sirloin gets sold three different ways to three different customers. It stays one product in your catalogue.
By piece
"Twelve 10oz sirloin." Ordered as a count, with the cut size on the line.
By weight
"Five kilo of mince." Ordered in kg and priced per kg. Nothing to convert.
By the box
You set what a box is, and the order converts it back to the real weight or count.
For anything sold each but invoiced by weight, the order carries an estimate, you enter the real weight as you pack, and the invoice goes from pro-forma to final on its own.
Straight into your accounts,
without typing an invoice twice
Orders become invoices that match the paper copy your customer received. One export, one import, and they are in your accounting package.
Xero
- Export your sales invoices as a file Xero reads directly
- Your own account codes and tax rate (meat is zero-rated)
- Invoice numbers match the printed invoice
- Due dates taken from each customer's payment terms
Sage 50
- Export sales invoices for Sage 50
- Invoices already exported are not handed over twice
- Your own nominal codes, set once in Settings
Products and costs too
- Export your product codes with cost prices, so purchase cost and margin are tracked in your accounts, not just the sale price
- Service charges, such as a fuel charge, go over as their own invoice lines
- Catch-weight items go over at the weight you actually billed
Another package?
- Most accounting software can import invoices from a spreadsheet
- If you use something else, tell us. We can set up an export for it, quoted before we start
These are file exports you import yourself, which takes a minute a day. They are not a live two-way link to your accounts.
Know your margin
before you send the price
Put your cost price on a product and the margin shows live as you set the sale price. Your customers never see your costs.
Margin on every product
- Enter a cost price and see the margin as you type the sale price
- Set a target margin: anything below it is flagged red
- Cost prices are admin-only and never sent to customers or packers
Price from the margin you want
- Work backwards from a target margin to a cost, across a whole category at once
- Import your costs from a spreadsheet
- Export a price list with live margin formulas in Excel
A costing sheet for a carcase
- Enter the cost per kilo, gross weight and trimmed weight
- It works out the real cost per kilo after trim
- Set selling prices for each cut from the margin you want
Margin on every order as you build it
- Orders price from each customer's own price list, and you can change a line price
- A margin badge on each line, and an overall order margin that updates live as you edit
- Flagged when the order falls below your target margin
- Custom items not in your catalogue can be added and priced on the spot
Traceability,
and a recall in seconds
Lot numbers are recorded at the packing bench, so when a supplier calls about a batch you are not going through paper.
Lot numbers as you pack
- The packer enters the lot against each line, with the real weight
- The last lot used for a product is remembered, so the next one is quick
Search a lot, see everyone it reached
- Type a lot number and see every order, customer and product that got it
- Searches your whole history, not just the last few weeks
A recall list to act on
- Export the affected orders as a spreadsheet, with customer, order reference and dates
- Ring the customers on the list
Pick the level you need.
Move up or down any month.
No contract, no per-user charges and no commission on your own customers' orders. Every plan is £95 to set up, once, with your price list loaded. This is for butchers who just want the platform. If you would rather we also introduce you to new catering customers, see how that works.

Do my customers have to change how they order?
No. They can keep phoning, texting or emailing. The portal is there for the ones who want it. The platform replaces your order book, not your relationships.
Whose customers and prices are they?
Yours. You set your prices, you invoice your customers direct and you keep the money. We don't take a cut of your orders.
Is there a contract?
No contract. You pay monthly, can move between plans any month, and can stop whenever you like.
What if I've more than 100 products?
The £95 covers around 100 items across 6 categories. A bigger range is an additional cost, and we'll quote it before we start.
We'll call you back within one working day. Or ring 01279 912029.
